【Chapter 1.(第1章)】An updating portion is an underline.
The order “Integral（∫） Operation”
Integral strategy is war between the following three influence. (1) The human being who has an out-of-body experience, and an astral body. (2) The other human being. And (3) IAON (a transparent robot, Invisible Artificial Operation Nerve).
Now, three influence is warring. For example, it will be the testimonium which is warring if voice can be heard in "Soore soresore", and the sky.
If audible with "Webb and Webb", it will be an intention of the motivation of strong IAON called ARMER. And if vibration which stamps its floor by a right leg is felt, it means being pleasant.

【Chapter 2.(第２章)】更新部分は下線
インテグラル（∫）　作戦
　インテグラル作戦は、（１）地表の人間で、幽体離脱をする人間と幽体、（２）それ以外の人間、そして（３）IAON（透明なロボット、Invisible Artificial Operation Nerve）の戦争の中で（２）それ以外の人間が実行する作戦です。
　現在、３つの勢力が戦争をしています。例えば、“そ～れ、それそれ”と、上空で声が聞こえれば、それは戦争をしている声です。“ウェップ、ウェップ”と聞こえれば、それはARMERと呼ばれる強いIAONの“やるぞ！”という意思で、右足で床を踏み鳴らす振動を感じれば、それは、愉快だという意味です。
　
　この戦争で、私たち（２）それ以外の人間にとって難しいのは、（A）上空での状況が聞こえているのか、それとも（B）地表での状況が聞こえているかの区別です。（A）と（B）の2つは同時に、私たちに起きているからです。
（A） 上空での状況　あなたは敵の体の中にいて、周りは原則、味方です。
（B） 地表での状況　あなたの体の中に敵がいて、周りは原則、敵です。

私たち、（２）それ以外の人間は、（A）NATUREと（B）ORDINARYとに分かれます。【攻撃方法】は、それらを分けてあります。

攻撃はできれば、（１）ストップウォッチ（テレパシーを打つ時の呼吸を止める時間を計るため）、（２）方位磁針（声がする方位を知るため）、（３）日本地図（どこから声がするかを知るため）の３つを用意してください。（３）日本地図は、百円均一の店の物で構いません。

この戦争が終わった後、私たちは地球外生命体と会えるかもしれません。
　
【防衛方法】
●対レイプ●
（１）股間の神経をイメージしてください
（２）レイプをしてくる相手を強く殴る・蹴るイメージをしてください
（３）手を握り、両腕を肩に持っていき、“かっこいいぃぃ！”と、小刻みに約1分間、首を横に振る。その後、自分の体が倒れるイメージを持つ。頭が熱くなりますが、時間がたつと治ります。
●対考えを盗まれること●
　点で考えて線にします。
　いっぺんに考えず、細かく区切って考えます。
●苦しかったら…●
　①食塩をたくさん入れた②高温のお風呂に入ります。③出る時、すすぎません。

連続した攻撃の後、自分が倒れるイメージをします。

　①頭の中の、ある点で、②“ひゅっ”という無音（高音）の音（振動）を出す。
○Snipe（スナイプ）
　①テレパシーを高い音で、強く、一瞬打ちます。特に、テレパシーが打ちやすいPOINT（ポイント）で打ちます。

　≪頭の中の攻撃≫を続けると、≪頭の外への攻撃≫に自然となります。

② 子猫が親を呼ぶ“みゃー”という声を②口を開けてします。
誰かと神経の干渉があれば（つながっていれば）、助けてくれるかもしれません。
●初心者の方がテレパシーを打つ方法
○①口をとがらせ②上あごの上に少し力を入れ、③瞬きをします。
○①肛門に力を入れ、②ゾクッとする感じをさせます。

　背骨を気づかないように縮めさせられます。
●“落ちる”の意味…憑依している幽体を攻撃すると、上空にある幽体が落下します。
